Timing Game

Catch it in the frame — a portrait-kiosk reflex game we built for a public exhibition.

Client
A government agency's defense-industry exhibition in Korea
What we built
A reflex game for the exhibition's portrait kiosks, featuring a jet, a tank and a submarine, with a Korean interface. On-screen calibration lined the aiming frame up with each kiosk, and the arcade buttons can be remapped to whatever board is on site.
Outcome
Ran at the exhibition's preview booth in 2026. The same mechanic can be re-skinned with your products, characters and language.

Who it's for

Where this kind of piece fits

  • Exhibition and trade-show booths with portrait kiosks
  • Public agencies and manufacturers who want their own products as the targets
  • Prize events that need a fair, adjustable win rate

What it does for you

For you and your visitors

  1. Pick a target, count down 3-2-1, then catch it as it speeds up, slows down and feints off screen.
  2. Three tries per visitor and five accuracy grades — only a dead-center catch wins, so people come back for another go.
  3. Staff pace the prizes with difficulty presets (the normal preset aims at about one win in ten) and check today's tries and win rate in the settings panel.
  4. Targets, backgrounds, video and music can all be swapped, so the same game can star your own products or mascots.
